  • Do I need a customer account to be able to order?
    No! Of course you can also order as a guest. However, you then miss out on many advantages. Here is an overview of the advantages for your customer account: Shop faster and more conveniently because your address details are already saved and you don't have to re-enter them. You can save items to your wish list for easy access later. You will get an overview of your previous orders.
  • How can I pay?
    instant transfer / Klarna PayPal Payment in advance (bank transfer) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express) Apple Pay etc.
  • How does the ordering process work?
    1.Select item Once the desired item has been found, it is placed in the shopping cart and selected "Checkout". 2. register You will then be prompted to log in, register, or continue without a customer account. 3.Shipping address Select delivery address, if you order via your own customer account, this step is omitted. 4.Payment method Decide on a payment method and select it. 5.Confirmation After the order has been submitted and our confirmation page is displayed, a confirmation email will be sent to you after a few minutes. If your order can be shipped or picked up, you will receive a corresponding pick-up confirmation or a shipping confirmation by email. Now you can look forward to your package! :)
  • How to redeem a voucher?
    You can redeem your voucher in the shopping cart under "Enter voucher code". Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per order. You want to get a voucher? Click here for the vouchers! :)
  • How can I register?
    Simply select "Log-In" at the top right, then click on "Register". Or register via the "Register" link during an order process. Here you will be automatically forwarded to the registration form.
  • Can I edit and change my data myself?
    Sure. To do this, simply go to "Log-In" and register.
  • How can I delete my customer account?
    If you want to delete your account, write an email to and ask for your data to be deleted. We will then delete your data within the next 3 working days.
  • What do I do if my package arrived visibly damaged?"
    Accept the package, but please do not open it. Next we would ask you to get in touch with our service. Here we first clarify everything else. Not free complaints cause unnecessary costs!
  • How can I see past orders?
    Under "My Account" "Orders" you get a view of all your orders. Of course, this option does not apply to guest orders.
  • Is the shop safe?
    The shop is SSL-secured. Please look at the top left of your browser in front of our shop address: It says "https". The "s" stands for "secure". All data is sent encrypted.
  • Which countries are supplied?
    We deliver worldwide when it comes to fashion. In the coffee sector, we limit ourselves to the European Union and Switzerland.
  • Subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter?
    Click on "Service/ Help" and select the sub-item "Newsletter". Here you can easily subscribe to or unsubscribe from your newsletter. However, you're missing out if you turn it off ;)
  • What vouchers are there?
    There are purchase vouchers and discount vouchers. A purchase voucher differs from a discount voucher in that it has a specific monetary value, whereas a discount voucher can contain various benefits (e.g. discount in %, 2 for the price of 1, etc.) A purchase voucher code can be used until the entire monetary value associated with it has been used up. A discount voucher can only be redeemed once per person and cannot be combined with other discount campaigns. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
  • can you sponsor me
    There is no simple answer to this question. As a rule, you should already have a certain amount of skills. It is best, of course, if you have made a name for yourself and have the appropriate content. But ultimately the overall package has to be right and we have to get an idea of whether we can match together. So don't be shy, write to us and we'll see what happens. Otherwise, our team is of course always looking for ambassadors and if you catch our eye, who knows, maybe one day you'll actually be in the The Royal Monkey team ;)
  • When does my order start shipping?
    If you send your order on weekdays (Mon-Fri) by 5 p.m. (Sat by 11 a.m.) and by direct bank transfer; PayPal; credit card etc. pay, the product goes straight into the production chain. Production, including quality control, usually takes a few days. Basically, we usually ship your package within 5-10 days with our shipping partner DHL. Please note: Your order will not be produced until the amount has been credited to our account or we have received information from a service provider that your payment has been received.
